Production Plan, Travel Logistics & Prep Base: Your London On-Location Shoot for

Fit and Fab Life

We are incredibly excited about your upcoming on-location shoot in London this July. To capture that high-end, stylish, global founder energy for the Fit and Fab Life brand, we have designed a streamlined, ultra-chic production plan.

Because we are leaning into a gorgeous, high-glamour aesthetic with bright pops of color, we have selected backdrops that feel expensive, sophisticated, and distinctly British.



Here is an overview of our recommended travel logistics, hotel prep bases, and the production timeline for your review.



🚄 Travel Logistics & Prep Base: The Eurostar

To pull off a high-end shoot in July and ensure your creative team can prepare you seamlessly, we highly recommend traveling from Paris to London the afternoon or evening the day before the shoot.



Here is why this strategy is a game-changer for your shoot:

• Beating the July Crowds & Light: The earliest Eurostar train leaves Paris around 07:12 AM and arrives at London St. Pancras around 08:30 AM. By the time you clear passport control, it would be past 09:15 AM before we could start. By then, the iconic landmarks are flooded with tourists and the July morning sun becomes very harsh. Arriving the night before ensures you step onto the set feeling fresh, rested, and completely camera-ready.
• The Glam Team Base: Arriving the evening prior allows our team to meet you directly in your hotel suite first thing the morning of the shoot. (Stylist the night before).



To facilitate this, we recommend booking your overnight stay at one of the following two premium properties located immediately at the St. Pancras Eurostar terminal. Both offer the space and natural daylight required for wardrobe styling and full glam setup:

1. The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel (The Chambers Wing): Directly integrated into the station.
2. The Standard, London: Located directly across the street from the station.

📅 The Production Timeline Proposal

We have streamlined the day into an efficient, multi-phase shoot. We start with outdoor iconic landmarks and lifestyle street locations, before moving to a private studio close to the station to wrap up your digital assets before you head back to Paris.

• 06:00 AM – 07:30 AM: In-Room Glam & Wardrobe Prep
• Jody (Makeup) and Bridget (Stylist) will arrive at your hotel suite to get you completely camera-ready and prepped for your first look. If possible Bridget will meet you the evening before to try on outfits.

• 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM: LOCATION 1 – The Westminster Bridge Alcoves
• The Vibe: Global Icon & Authoritative Founder.
• The View: We will be utilising a "secret weapon" historic stone alcove that perfectly frames you with Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament in the background, while completely blocking out the morning tourist traffic on the bridge walkway.

• 09:00 AM – 09:15 AM: The Transit Break
• You will hop into a spacious Uber XL to rest, catch your breath, and transition into your next look.

• 09:15 AM – 10:30 AM: LOCATION 2 – Location to be confirmed
• The Vibe: Posh Dream, Effortless & Style Icon.
• The View: The area is famous for its upscale pastel facades and vibrant pink floral storefronts. We can arrange an outdoor cafe table setup where we will capture beautiful lifestyle shots of you working, laughing, and enjoying a classic London morning.



• 10:30 AM – 01:00 PM: LOCATION 3 – Private Photo Studio (King's Cross) or other ICONIC landmark/setting in London
• The Vibe: TBC - studio session with your products or another iconic setting in London with your products

Practical Tips

• On-Street Outfit Changes: To keep our timeline moving sharply during the outdoor segments, Bridget will have a specialised pop-up changing tent on location. This gives you total privacy and comfort for quick on-street look transitions without needing to find a local restroom.
• The Footwear Strategy (Crucial): London’s historic stone steps and cobblestone streets can be brutal on high heels. Please wear comfortable slides, sneakers, or slippers to walk between the car and the exact shooting setups. You will swap into your gorgeous shooting heels only right before the camera starts clicking to protect your feet and your shoes.
• July Weather & Touch-Ups: July in London can get warm and humid. Jody will be with us on location to manage on-set touch-ups, keeping oil-blotting sheets and translucent powder handy so your skin looks perfectly matte, fresh, and radiant under the morning sun.
